Delivery, delivery times and shipping costs
Ordered before 23:59, shipped the same day*
If you place your online order on a working day before 23:59, the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as iDeal or Paypal, your order will usually be shipped the same day *. Is the item not in stock in our webshop? Then an expectation of the final delivery time is always given on the product page. When there is a longer delivery time for a product, we try to ship your order to you as soon as possible. Your order is placed in our system as a reservation and when the product arrives in our warehouse it is immediately processed and prepared for shipment.
When you have ordered a product, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: only when your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace code from us. If your product is not immediately in stock, the shipping confirmation can therefore only come later. Not sure if you have received the correct confirmation? With a direct payment method, your shipment is immediately processed in our system. With a bank transfer or payment by invoice, it can take a number of working days before your order is processed. If you want to be sure of a quick processing of your order, we recommend that you complete the order via a direct payment method. Are you placing an order with payment on invoice *, but do you need the order quickly? Then you can send an e-mail to email@example.com for an additional order confirmation.

* Orders placed during the weekend are usually delivered the next working day (Monday), however it may in some cases occur that, due to the DPD delivery, this takes place on Tuesday.
For every shipment, when the order is placed, we immediately prepare the order for shipment. However, it may be that a shipment abroad takes a little longer than a shipment within the Netherlands. Have you placed a large order with us? Then it may be that we would like to personally bring it along. Not only do we enjoy having personal contact with our customers, but this also guarantees us a bit of safety. Personal delivery is always done by appointment.
Outlet (second chance) products
Products in our outlet are extensively tested by our VR specialists. These products are not standard in our warehouse, but are checked at a different location. As a result, it can take one day longer for these products to be shipped.
Products that are not in stock
It may be that your order consists of several products, but that one of the ordered products is not immediately in stock. Our system will then automatically hold your order until it is complete, after which the order will be delivered to you in its entirety. If you would like to receive part of the order immediately, you can indicate this to our customer service. We will then check for you how long the product that is not in stock will be delayed and, if desired, we can make a partial delivery for you. This way you receive the products that are in stock immediately and the products that are delayed are automatically sent when they are available again.
We do not charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Additional costs may be charged for shipping outside these countries. Shipping to European countries is usually € 5.99 extra, but can add up to the location and size of the package. For a specific shipping location, we recommend that you first contact our customer service.
Of course, you may not like a product or it may not work the way you hoped it would. In that case, we offer you the option of returning the product to us Return. In this case, the return costs are for your own account.
You can register a return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide you, often the same day, with our return steps and conditions.
