Return Policy for Consumers

In the context of the Distance Selling Act, the Consumer is entitled to a 'cooling off period' when making purchases via the Internet. Unbound VR applies a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Within this period, the Consumer may dissolve the purchase by invoking the right of return. After the sale has been dissolved, the Consumer has 14 days to buy the product Return.

Because shipping is at the sender's risk, the package must be properly packaged. The goods must be returned complete and (if reasonably possible) in original packaging and undamaged. We will refund the purchase amount paid in full by you to your account as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after termination of the agreement.

We will usually refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction. We may wait with refund until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Please note that your return shipment must meet a number of conditions in order to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount. The returned product may be unpacked for inspection, but must (if you choose to Return] return the product in good condition. A product that contains obvious signs of use, accessories such as cables or Manuals are missing, and/or whose box is torn/damaged may result in a restocking fee. The amount of this fee depends on the condition of the product.

Return Policy for Business Customers

You have ordered something for business but want to return something? For business orders, different rules and laws apply than for Consumers. (Even if you have ordered something business for your own use). For example, as a company you have an obligation to investigate and you are excluded from the right of return (the Distance Selling Act).

An order can be seen as business when it meets one (or more) order details / conditions:

  • You have placed an order via our business website (the web address (URL) ends in /business);
  • You have provided a company name during the purchase process;
  • You have placed an order on a business/company email address (ending in '@companyname.nl';
  • You have ordered a product intended exclusively for business customers (such as Google Glass 2, Microsoft Hololens 2, Varjo XR-3 etc.).

Do you still want to return a business order to us? Always register this first by sending an e-mail to: [email protected] and you will receive the return conditions from us to send your order back to us. For business orders we usually charge a restocking fee (starting at 20% of the purchase amount, which can increase depending on the condition of the product).
