Use your VR Headset hygienic with a silicone mask!

As it gets warmer outside, you naturally want to keep your Headset and face as cool as possible. Fortunately, there are a number of solutions that ensure that the Headset is a bit cooler on the face and/or that makes it easy to wipe the interface of the Headset clean.

A silicone cover is such a product that you can use exactly with for this reason. It is a rubber/silicone layer that you apply as a cover over the original (or replacement) foam of the Oculus Quest or Oculus Rift S. This silicone layer ensures that no sweat or other dirt penetrates the foam, and has the additional advantage that the silicone layer can easily be wiped off with a cleaning cloth.

The covers are made of a silicone material. This material feels like a flexible and thin type of rubber. The covers are delivered individually in a small bag. When unpacking the cover, you immediately notice that the material is very flexible. Installing the cover is very easy; you put the silicone cover on the interface of your Headset and fold the edges around the interface. The covers are custom made for both the Rift S and the Quest, so the fit they offer is perfect.

The nice thing about the covers is that they are available in different colors. For example, you can choose to go for a standard black cover - where no one from the outside actually realizes that you have a different type of cover on the Headset, or for a nice blue, gray or red color.
