How do I know that my order has arrived correctly at Unbound VR?

After you have ordered and paid online, you will receive confirmation of your order and payment by email. If this is not the case, please contact with us at [email protected].

It is possible that your order confirmation has automatically ended up in your spam folder. Therefore, check in advance whether you have received our order confirmation here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected].

If your order is already on its way, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In that case you can return your order.

How can I search for products?

To search on one (or more keywords) you can add your keywords in our search bar. Our webshop will automatically show you the results containing this word.

Besides this method you can also use our "Filter". To do this, click on one of our product categories. Here you tick the desired options. After checking, only the articles that meet your conditions will be shown.

What if I need more Information about a product?

We try to publish as much useful Information about our products as possible, to help you choose the articles that suit you best. The product page for each item contains a general description, product features, technical specifications and product photos. If you still need more Information, you can contact with our customer service by sending an email to [email protected].

I have seen an article in a store / advertisement, but I cannot find it in the webshop?

You can enter a search term or an article number via our search bar to search our site. If you cannot find it, please contact with our customer service, stating as much detail as possible about the item.
