Do you also need a Camera Operator? Which can!

For some projects it can be useful to use an extra operator in addition to the necessary 360 degree camera. For example, when the organization is looking for a All-In-One project and does not want to switch between the hardware provider and a video project agency.

At Unbound XR we therefore offer a total package: rent an Insta360 Camera and make direct use of the knowledge of our specialist! In the simplest form this can already be done by giving a short introduction of how the camera works exactly, but can go further to complete project management where we take care of the coordination of the entire project. You can request a rental quote directly from us via the button above, but it is also possible to request a rental via the Gearbooker website. Please note that the prices on our Gearbooker page are higher than if you directly request a quote via email. This has to do with the fact that at Gearbooker you have a separate insurance* exit.

How does rental work?

If you wish to rent a product from us, you can indicate this via our quotation form or by e-mail. We would like to hear which products you want to rent out (and which accessories) and for what period this is.

You will then receive an overview with of the rental rates. You can agree to the price by e-mail. Once this has been agreed and an agreement for rental has been concluded, you will receive a payment link from us worth the agreed amount and we will ask you for our online general rental conditions digitally signed.

When the rental agreement has been signed and the total amount has been transferred to us, we ensure that the rented items are ready for you to be picked up on the agreed date and time.

Please note: sending or collecting items is always done in consultation. Products may not be sent with a standard postal service, but must always be picked up in person or with a courier (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Where can I find your general rental conditions?

  • Do you also take care of the shipment of rented products?

    No, you must take care of the receipt and return of rented products yourself, unless otherwise agreed. After you with have reached a rental agreement with us, we will ensure that the rented items are ready for you to collect from us at the agreed time.

  • Can a rental also be paid afterwards?

    Unfortunately this is not possible. The rental is only final when the full agreed amount has been paid in advance. You will usually receive a payment link from us with which you can make the payment to us via a method of your choice (iDeal, PayPal, Mastercard, etc.). When payment has been made and received by us, the rental is final and the products are reserved for you.

  • Can I also receive additional explanation or a demonstration of the products I want to rent?

    This is possible, but costs will be charged for this. If you wish to make use of this, you can make an appointment with our technical specialist who can tell you more about the article to be rented.

    Of course it is also possible to rent the product for several days, so that you have one day (or several days) to get started on the rented product yourself with.

  • Can I also rent on weekends?

    You can only pick up or return the products during regular office hours (Monday to with Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00). Would you therefore like to rent a product on Friday or Saturday? Then we will charge an extra rental day for this.

  • I only want to use a product for a short time. Do I always pay for a whole day?

    Yes, the minimum order is always 1 complete day. This includes the collection and return of the rented property. Do you want to pick up what you want to rent a day earlier or return it a day later? Then we charge an extra day for this.

  • I want to rent the product for longer than a week. Are there other rates for this?

    Hell yes. For this it is best to contact with us so that we can make a suitable offer for you!
