The Meta 2 is a Augmented Reality Headset controlled by means of a Game PC. The transparent 'screen' of the Meta 2 prints digital objects in the real environment that you can interact with. with a Field of View (FoV) of 90º, the Meta 2 holds the largest FoV for Augmented Reality headsets.
The Meta 2 features the so-called SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) tracking, which determines the position of the user and simultaneously maps the environment. This revolutionary AR Headset can therefore be used in a professional and educational environment, optimized for a productive workflow.
An advantage of the Meta 2 over the Hololens from Microsoft, for example, has a larger FOV in addition to the price and significantly more rendering power for demanding applications.
