FAQ Tundra Kickstarter orders

• Where can I find the latest update on my Tundra order?

  Tundra works together with with its partners on the processing and delivery of the Early Backer and Kickstarter orders. The latest update about your order can be found on the Kickstarter status page of Tundra.

• Why is my coupon code not working?

  Does the coupon code not work (anymore)? Then you can indicate this to us so that we can manually add it to the order for you. Please fill in fill in this form.

• Why is VAT charged on my order?

  Are you ordering the Tundra tracker as a consumer? Then the mandatory VAT will be charged on your order. The payment you made to Kickstarter was from an organization outside the EU and therefore VAT free, but to get products delivered in an EU/EEC country every Consumer has to pay VAT, which Unbound then pays to the country in which you live. The VAT must be charged on both the products and the shipping costs. Are you ordering the Tundra tracker as a business user/company, and do you have a valid VAT number? Then you can send an email to this form so that we can create and offer the order again, without VAT.

• Why are the shipping costs so high?

  The European orders are shipped from the United Kingdom or from the Netherlands. You may wonder why you have to pay €23 Ex. VAT for shipping if you are used to paying a much lower rate for a shipment from these countries.
  This is because all Kickstarter customers in the EU/EEC pay the same rate for shipping. These are the total transport costs, including the costs for shipping from Asia to the Netherlands and the UK and the costs for customs clearance and then the shipping costs to you, including the import taxes requested in some cases for countries such as Norway and Switzerland and the regular VAT for the other countries.

• My quote has expired/cancelled.

  Has your quote expired and/or canceled unexpectedly? Then you can indicate this to our customer service. Send a message via this form and we will resend the quotation.

• I am UK customer, do I pay separate import tax via the shipper?

  no, although regular UK orders from Unbound are mostly shipped via our warehouse in the Netherlands and separate tax is charged via DHL, this is not the Case with the Kickstarter orders, these are all shipped via our UK warehouse. Besides the regular VAT on your orders, there will be no additional tax payment required.

• What is the delivery time of the Tundra Tracker?

  At this point, Tundra's Kickstarter campaign has ended. This means that Tundra will soon start with the delivery of products. For the current delivery times, we recommend contacting with Tundra or the Kickstarter page with updates to consult

• I would like to report a change of address.

  This is no problem! Send a message via this form with the correct address. We will then adjust it for you as soon as possible.

• I have not yet received an email from Unbound VR

  It is possible that the mail from Unbound VR ended up in your spam folder. Have you already looked there and is the email from Unbound VR with your order not there? Send a message via this form with the email address you used for the Kickstarter Pledge and we will resend the quote.

• The Unbound website says my offer has expired, what now?

  Don't worry, the expiration date has been entered as a security measure. If you receive this notification of an expired quotation, please contact with Unbound and we will reactivate the Tundra offer for you.

• Can I still cancel my Tundra Kickstarter order?

  While a Kickstarter project is still running, you can cancel your pledge by going to the project page and clicking the "Manage Your Commitment" button on the right. From there, click on "Cancel Promise" next to the "Change Your Promise" link. Remember that a commitment can only be canceled while a project is live. Once the project has ended and the pledge collection has started, it is no longer possible to cancel with Kickstarter. In some cases you can cancel your Kickstarter order afterwards, in which case you will receive 85% of your order value back. For this you can contact with Tundra or Unbound.

• I'm not a Kickstarter backer - When can I buy the Tundra products?

  No date has yet been set for regular sales of Tundra trackers in Europe. The first priority is delivery to the Early backers and the other Kickstarters. That said, the cautious hope is that the products will also be available for sale on the Unbound website for the rest of Europe in the first quarter of 2022.
