Now he is participating in PlaygroundVR, a virtual playground for children in the hospital. The project has been nominated for innovation awards several times and reached the final of the Philips Innovation Award 2020. Several hospitals already use the playground.

In his remaining time, Freek gives master classes and inspires as a speaker and VR consultant.
