- What's included with the ICAROS Pro?
The ICAROS Pro comes with with the device, Controller, Gear VR Headset, ICAROS Flight smartphone app and Computer app.
- Can I test the ICAROS Pro?
Yes, of course! In our showroom in Nijmegen we have the ICAROS Pro ready for you. Make an appointment with our customer service and we will provide a demonstration for you.
- How is the ICAROS Pro delivered?
The ICAROS Pro is delivered in its entirety. If you have to move the ICAROS Pro through a door, it is possible to make three separate parts. The box for transport measures 142 cm x 104 cm x 113 cm and weighs 158 kg.
- What is the delivery time?
Depending on the order date and the shipping method, delivery takes about 2 to 3 weeks. We try to coordinate this as best as possible with, so that the package is not delivered at an unexpected moment.
- What is the minimum and maximum weight/height for players?
Players must be a minimum height of 140cm and a maximum height of 200cm. The maximum weight is 110 kg.
- How can you maintain the ICAROS Pro?
Good maintenance is the secret to a long life. The most important thing is that it keeps the 'turning circle' in the middle clean and dry. Do not use silicone agents or oil.
- What support can Unbound VR offer you?
During the first weeks of opening and running a VR arcade you can run into quite a few problems. For example, what do you do if a Headset suddenly stops working, or if a Controller fails? It is therefore always wise to have someone nearby who has sufficient knowledge in the field of technology and VR. If you want extra security, you can use our extra support service.
